Ridley Kanzo Adventure GRX800 1x11s - Autumn Grey/Racing Metallic Green

Ridley Kanzo Adventure in Autumn Grey and Racing Green Metallic.

Shimano GRX800 1x 11s

The Kanzo Adventure line offers the ultimate in off-road adventure bikes, perfect for those who relish the thrill of leaving the roads behind. Tailored for off-road excursions where both efficiency and comfort are paramount, these gravel bikes feature a specialized geometry and increased tyre clearance. You'll experience the impact of these crucial details through the boost in confidence they provide when conquering the most challenging trail sections.

With the inclusion of multiple additional frame lugs, your bike will be fully equipped for any adventure you can dream of. Feel free to mount a third bottle cage, attach a bento box, secure mudguards, or load up with bike bags – whatever it takes to ensure your expedition's success. These bikes are unquestionably your ultimate companion for the most epic and demanding gravel adventures.

Ridley's new Kanzo Adventure stands as a gravel bike designed for genuine adventurers. It serves as the ideal means to escape the masses and venture off the conventional paths. Whether embarking on a day-long exploration on uncharted trails, embarking on a multi-day bike packing expedition, or participating in an ultra-cycling race, the Kanzo Adventure rises to the occasion. It represents Ridley's most audacious bike to date.

The geometry of the Kanzo Adventure exhibits a progressive approach. The gravel bike showcases the Kanzo Optimized Geometry (KOG), which reflects a finely-tuned geometry tailored to the bike's intended purpose. The Kanzo Adventure's geometry closely resembles that of a mountain bike, featuring a slacker head tube angle, a lower bottom bracket, an elongated wheelbase, and a steeper seat tube angle. The slackened head tube angle extends the wheelbase, instilling greater confidence in the bike's handling. Meanwhile, it maintains responsiveness through the use of a shorter stem. This combination ensures the bike instils the necessary confidence to conquer extensive mountain passes and conquer unexpected single tracks, while remaining agile and adept at navigating technically challenging off-road sections.

With a remarkable maximum tyre clearance of 53mm or 29x2.1", the Kanzo Adventure provides an ample degree of comfort and room to explore a wide range of terrains. Even when equipped with broad tyres, there remains substantial space around the bottom bracket and fork crown, allowing for traversing exceedingly muddy conditions. The Kanzo Adventure seamlessly adapts to all surfaces, from smooth gravel with a narrower tyre setup to rougher terrains that, until now, would have been reserved for mountain bikes. In this aspect, the Kanzo Adventure stands out as an unparalleled choice for tailoring your setup to the specific demands of your upcoming adventure.
