Rear Bicycle Lights
A powerful rear bike light is your most crucial tool for passive safety, acting as an essential warning signal that communicates your presence and position to drivers and others approaching from behind. Unlike front lights that help you see, rear lights ensure you are seen, significantly reducing the risk of being overtaken too closely or being struck from the rear. Our collection features meticulously engineered options from leading safety brands like Lezyne, Knog, and CATEYE, all designed to maximise your effective visibility. By producing high-intensity, wide-angle beams and attention-grabbing flash patterns, these lights give approaching traffic the maximum amount of time to register your presence and safely adjust their speed and trajectory.

Be visible from every direction with a rear bike light
The best rear bike lights move far beyond a single red point of light; they are engineered for superior, multi-directional visibility. Brands like Knog, with their revolutionary Cobber rear lights for bikes, provide a phenomenal 330-degree light spread, ensuring you are noticed from the sides, a critical safety feature at junctions and roundabouts.
Similarly, bicycle rear lights from Raveman and Smart feature powerful lenses and multiple LEDs to ensure consistent, intense light output regardless of ambient conditions. Many premium rear cycle lights feature Daytime Flash modes that are specifically optimised to be effective even in bright sunlight, reflecting the consensus among safety experts that bike rear lights must be used 24/7 to maintain the highest level of defensive cycling.
Intelligent cycle rear lights and dependable power
Innovation in the rear bicycle light space is rapidly increasing your safety with features that actively communicate your actions. Lezyne's ALERT rear lights incorporate an accelerometer that senses deceleration and triggers a temporary, brighter flash, acting as an automatic, smart brake light. This feature provides drivers with invaluable extra warning time.
We also feature high-security mounting options from brands like Kryptonite, ensuring your bicycle rear light remains rock-solid and perfectly aimed. Each rechargeable rear bike light prioritises practicality with easy-to-use USB rechargeable batteries and exceptional runtimes, guaranteeing you have reliable, high-tech protection for every commute, training ride, or tour, ensuring your safety never runs out of power.
