Trelock has a long history in the production of high-quality frame locks and thereby always raised the bar for quality and comfort.
Trelock reached the development leap from mechanics into electronics with high innovative speed at its location in germany. By connecting these two areas, trelock now goes a step further and offers its customers an usual safe frame lock with the high ease of use of modern technology.
The worldwide novelty trelock SL 460 smartlock® is the first frame lock with nfc technology and sets standards in the world of bicycle locks. It can be released via smartphone
easily, which is why no additional bicycle key has to be carried anymore.
The SL 460 SMARTLOCK® is constructed compactly despite the challenging technology and can be attached to the bike compactly, just like conventional frame locks. In contrast to conventional bicycle locks the SL 460 SMARTLOCK® does without cylinder and so it does not offer possibilities for picking.
With the TRELOCK Security Level 4 of 6 it offers high security against casual thieves. This security can be increased with the well-known TRELOCK connecting chains and connecting cables.
TRELOCK SL 460 SMARTLOCK®-APP
1. The TRELOCK SMARTLOCK® app can be downloaded from Google Play Store for free.
2. The service "MyTRELOCK" offers the simple administration of user accounts.
3. The main menu of the app provides a good overview and a fast navigation.
4. Users and locks can be administrated comfortably via the settings.
5. To add locks you just hold the KEY-Card close to the smartphone and after that...
6. ...the smartphone to the lock.
7. The smartphone has now been trained successfully...
8. ...and can unlock the lock immediately.
The proven NFC technology offers two decisive advantages over the bluetooth-technology. Firstly, the energy is transmitted directly from the smartphone to the lock. So the lock does not require an own source of energy, has not to be loaded and has one possible attack point less. On the other hand the NFC standard offers barely attack surface because of the small
distance between transmitter and receiver – quite contrary to bluetooth connections, which can be intercepted on greater distances, too. In addition the transmitted data get encrypted via AES-128.
Whether it’s a jersey that doesn’t fit, or the colour is not quite right, sometimes you’ll need to return items to us.

We can only accept returns by post. Customers need to pay the cost of return delivery unless the item is faulty.
If your have a large item eg Bike, trailer. please contact our customer service team at Guy@fawkes-cycles.co.uk to arrange the best way to return your item, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
If you wish to replace an item, the quickest way is to do this is to visit our web site www.fawkes-cycles.co.uk order your replacement item and return the original item to us for a full refund
When returning your item, remember to include the code and size of your replacements.
We'll dispatch your replacements postage free to UK addresses.
We'll turn around your exchange as quickly as we can and subject to stock availability, aim to dispatch your replacements within 7 working days of receiving your return.
Bear in mind that there may be slight delays during busy periods.
You will not receive a refund for the retail value of any free or promotional items you are sent, and you will be charged if they are not returned
If you change your mind on your purchase, you have a full 90 days to return it for a refund. All Goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached.
There are some exclusions to our 90 day returns policy, which are detailed below:

We try our best to process all refunds within 72 hours of receipt, however during busy periods allow 7 working days for your refund. We'll refund your item via your original payment method.
You will not receive a refund for the retail value of any free items you are sent, and Fawkes may charge you for this item if you fail to return it
If you feel that your purchase has developed a fault, then please contact us with photographs of the issue before returning any goods - we may be able to solve your problem without you incurring any further inconvenience.
If you find a fault with your item, send it back to us and we'll take a look at it as soon as we can. Items sent back to us will undergo an inspection and It may be necessary to send the item away to the manufacturer to confirm the fault. If we confirm a manufacturing fault, we'll happily replace or refund it.
Faulty items should be returned within a reasonable time and in a clean and dry condition. PLEASE NOTE, WE WILL NOT PROCESS DIRTY ITEMS.
Please enclose all your details and a covering note explaining the fault and any other useful details.
We'll try to get back to you within 7 working days of receipt of your parcel, although during busy periods this may take slightly longer.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
We reserve the right to recharge return carriage on items where no fault is identified.
